Scottsdale Healthcare provides access to care for its uninsured children and immediate family members through the Neighborhood Outreach Action for Health (NOAH) program. This program has been providing services throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Balsz Unified School Districts for eight years. NOAH's main focus is prevention and nearly 4,000 patients consider NOAH their primary medical home. There is also a 37 foot mobile unit that is part of the NOAH program, which provides the community with medical services that they would not otherwise receive.
