UNIVERSITY PHYSICIANS HEALTHCARE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS (UPHCHC).jpg) University Physicians Healthcare Community Health Centers (UPHCHC) offers primary health care services are offered through three outpatient community health centers. Some of the centers have multiple service lines. Services include primary care medicine, adult medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, and obstetrics/gynecology.
UPHCHC’s service area encompasses the city of Tucson and Pima County. Tucson is the second largest city in Arizona with in a metropolitan area that covers more than 600 square miles. UPHCHC serves all of Pima County which has a total population of 957,635. Within this setting is a diverse group of Hispanic, Native American Indian, and African American populations. UPHCHC’s serve a broad population; many patients are uninsured, underserved, and of low socio-economic status.

* Hours: Monday 8:30am – 11:30am, Wednesday and Friday, 1:30pm – 4:30pm
* Services: health care for teens, sports physicals, health advice, obstetrics, and gynecology care. Adolescent health provided by board-certified pediatric provider and certified nurse midwife.

* Services: Preventative exams and physicals, primary care procedures for common illnesses, prenatal care and child delivery, and specialized services for refugees. Family medicine physicians ease the referral process when specialty consultation and treatment is needed. Extended appointments for older adults offered.
