John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital has an off-site facility named Desert Mission Community Health Services. The clinic provides quality, affordable healthcare to children and their parents/caregivers who have no other resources to access healthcare. Services provide opportunities for prevention, early detection, patient education, continuity of care and the establishment of a medical home for uninsured families.

Services Provided:
Routine exams
Immunizations
Diagnosis and treatment of minor acute or chronic illnesses
Medications
Referral to specialty care services
Health education
Eligibility determination/enrollment
(for AHCCCS or other healthcare assistance programs)

Hours of Operation:
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
Wednesday - 8:00am - 7:00pm
Friday - 8:00am - 3:00pm
