Native Americans for Community Action, Inc.

Native Americans for Community Action, Inc. (NACA) is a non-profit, community-based agency located in Flagstaff, AZ. This is the only facility of its kind located in northern Arizona. Services have been provided primarily to Native Americans residing in Flagstaff and the surrounding areas of Coconino County since 1971. The Family Health Center has been in operation since 1991. "The mission of Native Americans for Community Action, Inc. is to provide culturally appropriate health and human services to urban American Indians and others in need, emphasizing advocacy, harmony and respect"..

Services Provided:
Primary medical care
Adult, sports and well child physicals
Acute and chronic illness care
Prenatal care and family planning
Nutrition and health education services
Immunizations
Laboratory and radiology services
On-site pharmacy
Referrals to specialty care through the Indian Health Services or other agencies

Hours of Operation:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday - 8:00am-7:00pm
Saturday - 8:00am-12:00pm
