NATIVE HEALTH provides primary health care, dental services, behavioral health, and WIC as well as ancillary services to the urban, non-reservation Native Americans residing within Maricopa County, as well as other individuals. In addition, NATIVE HEALTH has an additional clinic, NHW Community Health Center, which provides medical services, WIC, behavioral health, and dental. NATIVE HEALTH is open to all who wish to utilize their services.  NATIVE HEALTH is both accredited as a Patient Centered Medical Home and as a quality Ambulatory Health Care provider by AAAHC.  AHCCCS, SNAP, TANF, and Health Insurance Marketplace assistance available.  Limited transportation is also available to both sites for medical and dental services.  NATIVE HEALTH and NHW Community Health Center provide services to over 17,000 individuals per year.
