Health-e-Arizona

Health-e-Arizona is a web-based application for Arizonans who want to apply for state or community health and human services. The Health-e-Arizona program streamlines the eligibility process and reduces the number of uninsured and underinsured people in Arizona. Community Health Centers in Arizona assist the public by completing an on-line application through this quick one-stop process. If you are a patient seeking medical coverage, please go to your local community health center for assistance.

Health-e-Arizona Trainings

New User Training
New User Training is designed for those users who have never attended a New User Training provided by the Health-e-Arizona Training Team. It provides an overview of the Health-e-Arizona application process, detailed information about creating applications using the One-e-App software and information about other features available in the system to manage the applications created. Everyone who uses Health-e-Arizona should attend this training once. You are also welcome to repeat the class if you wish.

Refresher Training
Refresher Training is for users who have previously attended the New User Training. Refresher Training is designed to enhance your knowledge of the One-e-App system and the Health-e-Arizona application process. It also provides a forum to share experiences and best practices and recommend improvements. The agenda for Refresher Training sessions may vary among sessions.

Site Administrator / Supervisor Training
Site Administrator / Supervisor Training is specifically for users who have Supervisor and/or Site Administrator profiles in Health-e-Arizona. This training will help you understand how to use the functions that are specific to these profiles including adding and deactivating users, monitoring Application Assistors' workloads, reassigning applications and creating reports. It also provides tips to help you effectively incorporate Health-e-Arizona into your organization. These 2-hour sessions will be provided via web-conferencing.
