Lake Powell Medical Center

Lake Powell Medical Center, was the first, federally funded, not-for-profit. Canyonlands facility located in Page, Arizona, has been in operation since 1973. This facility is one of the nine centers under Canyonlands Community Health Care. CCHC provides services to all persons without regard to age, sex, race, religion, or ethnic origin. Clinical services are provided by 18 providers.

Canyonlands provides a full range of preventive and primary medical care for families:
