NATIVE HEALTHNative American Community Health Center, Inc. Native American Community Health Center, Inc. (NACHC Inc.) dba NATIVE HEALTH, was established to provide primary health care, behavioral health and ancillary services to the urban, non-reservation Native Americans residing within the greater metropolitan Phoenix area. NATIVE HEALTH is primarily a Native American organization, sensitive to Native American cultural traditions and knowledge bases, which will always be included in services provided. NATIVE HEALTH is open to all who wish to utilize their services. The mission of Native Health is: "NATIVE HEALTH provides holistic, patient centered, culturally sensitive health and wellness services.”

*Medical and Dental Services
*Free transportation for medical and dental appointments
*Same day appointments
*Primary Medicine Clinic (Children, Adults and Families)
*Comprehensive Diabetes Management Program
*Prenatal Program (OB and GYN services)
*Well Women's Health Program
*Women, Infant and Child (WIC) Program Services are open to those who qualify for such services
*Health Start, a program that provides in-home support to pregnant women-at-risk for social and/or other health problems
*On-site dental services available
*Alternate resource assistance available – assistance with AHCCCS applications, Food Stamps, Emergency Cash Assistance and more
*Behavioral Health Programs
*Individual and Group Counseling
*Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Services
*Adolescent Substance Abuse Prevention
*Traditional Therapeutic Intervention
*Domestic Violence Offender Classes
*DUI Level 1 and 2 Classes
*HIV/AIDS Pre/Post Testing, Counseling and Case Management Services
