United Community Health Center

United Community Health Center (UCHC), founded in 1984 by the Rural Health Office, College of Medicine at the University of Arizona, became a fully independent, non profit, locally owned and operated corporation in 1986. It has its administrative office in Green Valley and operates four rural clinics: Arivaca, Continental Family Medical Center (CFMC), Continental Pediatrics/Dental and Three Points. All four clinics are located in rural, medically underserved communities. The Arivaca Clinic, is a frontier site in an old house, sponsored by an active local group. The Continental Family Medical Center is a new facility and serves many local families in Green Valley and the surrounding area. Continental Pediatrics/Dental is also in Green Valley and provides care to patients from the surrounding area. The Three Point Clinic began operations in a new building in early 1996, a major improvement over the previous double wide trailer.

Currently employs 7 primary care physicians, 3 mid-level providers and 1 dentist.
