North Country HealthCare

North Country HealthCare serves as the medical home for over 35,000 people in northern Arizona.

Since 1996, North Country has steadily grown to meet the needs of the region. They provided over 100,000 patients visits in FY 2007-08. North Country currently has 41 medical, dental and allied health personnel serving in 9 clinics across northern Arizona.

North Country offers comprehensive primary care including:
