Women's Health Publications:

The Arizona Department of Health Services Bureau of Women’s and Children’s Health and the Office for Women’s Health have been working with members of the Preconception Health Task Force for more than two years  to increase knowledge about preconception/interconception health and the Life Course Perspective among all Arizonans. The task force developed the “Arizona Preconception Health Strategic Plan 2011-2015 in December 2010, and one of the key Action Steps identified in the plan was the development of the Arizona Women's Health Report.  The data contained in this report is intended to serve as a baseline.  In future reports, we look forward to telling a story about the progress being made towards creating a healthier Arizona.
