- CMS Paper Based Manuals CMS has converted to 'Internet Only Manuals' for presenting
many program issuances, day-to-day operating instructions, policies, and procedures that are based on statutes, regulations,
guidelines, models, and directives. Some of these documents that are available on the internet are still
identified as 'Paper Only Manuals.'

- CMS Medlearn Matters - The Medicare Learning Network (MLN) uses a variety of
mechanisms, such as the Internet, national educational articles, brochures, fact sheets, web-based training
courses, and videos, to deliver a planned and coordinated provider education program.
Our goal is to provide you with timely, easy-to-understand educational materials to accompany the
release of new or revised Medicare Program policies.

- CMS Open Door Forum Schedule - Forums are used by CMS to better hear and
interact with those beneficiaries, providers, and stakeholders interested in the delivery of quality healthcare.
This site provides the location to sign up for e-mail notification of future meetings and to obtain information
included in previous meetings.

- CMS Medicare Enrollment - Information needed to acquire FQHC certification and enrollment as
a provider site. Every FQHC delivery site must have its own separate FQHC provider number. Requires completions of the
CMS 855A Enrollment Application.

- United Government Services (UGS):
UGS is the processor of Medicare claims for Federally Qualified Health Centers. These links take you to the Audit and Reimbursement section

Government Accounting Office - Auditing Standards
Government Auditing Standards (the "Yellow Book") contains standards for audits of government organizations, programs, activities, and functions, and of government assistance received by contractors, nonprofit organizations, and other non-government organizations. These standards, often referred to as generally accepted government auditing standards (GAGAS), are to be followed by auditors and audit organizations when required by law, regulation, agreement, contract, or policy. These standards pertain to auditors' professional qualifications, the quality of audit effort, and the characteristics of professional and meaningful audit reports.
