Fort Mojave Indian Health Center

The Fort Mojave Indian Health Center has been a federally recognized American Indian Sovereignty since 1934. They serve the Enrolled Members of the Tribe and their families, a group whose identity is defined by blood quantum; in other words, they serve their kinsmen.

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday - 8:00 am-5:00 pm
