The Mobile Health Program (MHP), established in 1976, is part of the Rural Health Office Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health in Tucson. This program uses a new mobile health unit that travels throughout Pima County providing services to those who cannot access healthcare any other way. They provide a holistic approach to empower under-served communities to develop sustainable systems that increase access to health promotion, disease prevention, and health care services.
