The Wassaja Memorial Health Center is part of the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation which is located within Maricopa County. The mission of the Wassaja Memorial Health Center is to provide Primary Care and Community Health services to eligible American Indians. The vision of the health center is to promote wellness by encouraging individuals and families to adapt healthy lifestyles.

Monday-Thursday
9:00am-12:00pm
1:00pm-3:30pm
