Circle the City, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, non-denominational public charity, exists to create and deliver innovative healthcare solutions that compassionately address the needs of people facing homelessness. In 2012, Circle the City launched Arizona’s first medical respite center, a 50-bed facility where adults experiencing homelessness could rest and heal following periods of illness and injury. In 2015, Circle the City opened The Parsons Family Health Center, an integrated community health center also serving the homeless of Maricopa County. Circle the City operates a robust street outreach program utilizing a 2-exam room mobile clinic. Together, the family health center, medical respite center, and the mobile outreach clinic create a seamless continuum of homeless-specialty care in Maricopa County.
