Sunset Health

Sunset Health provides a comprehensive array of primary care services such as medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, obstetric and gynecologist services. The emphasis in the provision of primary care services is upon prevention and health maintenance of patients with chronic conditions. Sunset also provides health education and disease self- management education. The center employs approximately 285 health care professionals, of whom 35 are physicians, dentists, pharmacists, or mid-level practitioners serving 29,000 users (inclusive of 6,000 migrant workers). Sunset Health is an important part of the healthcare safety net and continues to expand sites and services to meet the needs of the communities they serve.

Sunset Health has 6 sites and two mobiles medical units throughout San Luis, Somerton, Wellton, and Yuma.
