Healthy Communities Collaborative Network (HCCN) and Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers are working together to present this symposium to share upcoming trends for HIT, best practices and networking with your health center peers.

Chris DeRienzo, MD, MPP – Currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Cardinal Analytx Solutions and as Adjunct Professor of Population Health with Stanford University.  Recognized by Modern Healthcare in 2018 as one of 15 “Up and Comers” Under 40 and Becker’s as one of healthcare’s “Rising Stars,” Chris has published and presented internationally on leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvement, implementing data science in healthcare, and the intersection of humanity and technology. 

Each attendee will receive a copy of Dr. DeRienzo’s latest book, “Tiny Medicine: One Doctor’s Biggest Lessons from His Smallest Patients”.
