This learning collaborative is a pilot program managed by NACHC and AACHC. The only cost for participating in the training is $25.00 per person plus travel related costs to the face to face meetings. The target audience for this offering are Revenue Cycle Leads, Front Office Managers, and support will be needed from IT Managers.

3 webinars through a virtual classroom designed to provide expert coaching and peer to peer interaction.
Online Community
•A “safe space” where learning collaborative cohorts learn from the experiences of others while also sharing ideas, knowledge and practices
You will use the real-life challenges you are facing today to develop strategic leadership skills, health center knowledge, and peer contacts that you can use now and throughout your career.To ensure that the group size is small enough to foster connections and meaningful participation, the Learning Collaborative is limited to 40 participants.

Learning Collaborative Learning Objectives:
The participant will identify and apply effective leadership skills and
competencies such as: demonstrating effective communication skills,
building beneficial interpersonal relationships, distinguishing ways to adjust
one’s leadership style based on the situation, and displaying the critical
thinking skills and abilities to lead others toward common goals.
