Learning Objectives/Overview of the Presentation: After attending this presentation, participants will be able to:

1) Recognize the existing landscape of prevention work done by coalitions and drug-free communities (DFC) programs, part of the nation’s demand reduction strategy to reduce the demand for illicit drugs.

2) Cite some best practices and strategies for prevention and coalition work that involves collaboration and cross-sector partnerships.

3) Visualize a large-impact youth/adolescent prevention project aimed at reducing Opioid and Substance Use.
