Stanley J. Szpytek, Jr.
Mr. Stanley J. Szpytek, Jr. is a nationally known fire and life safety / disaster preparedness consultant with more than 30 years of experience as an emergency responder, public official, local code enforcement officer and private consultant serving clients in all occupancy types with special focus on multi-unit residential housing properties, healthcare and educational institutions. Mr. Szpytek has extensive experience in the strategic planning and delivery of a wide variety of
emergency services to a metropolitan community as well as the development and implementation of proactive programs designed to reduce the risk of fire and other adverse events. As a private consultant, Mr. Szpytek provides the unique perspective of a seasoned fire marshal to assist clients with life safety code compliance and the development of disaster planning / emergency management programs to help an occupancy plan, prepare, mitigate, respond and recover from a
disaster or other critical incident.
