Exhibitors MUST be set up by 7:30 a.m. October 22nd at the Virginia G. Piper Auditorium, 600 E Van Buren St. Phoenix. The building will be open at 6:30 a.m. You may break down after the last attendee break which is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. However, because we are all in the same room, if your break down is disruptive we will ask you to wait until the end of the program. Thank you for understanding.

Each exhibitor will be provided (1) one table, unless you have requested additional tables via email to Becky Howard beckyh@aachc.org.

Each exhibitor is allowed 2 lunches.

We are TO CAPACITY at this event! We have 175 MAs registered! Bring lots of materials and goodies!

There is a loading zone right outside the building that you may use, but then you must move your vehicle to one of the designated parking areas. Below is a map to the venue and the parking areas. For more information on the day's agenda, please see the link "Sign UP…" for the attendees.


This year, over 150 Medical Assistants and other clinical and support staff are expected to attend The 2011 Annual Invaluable Medical Assistant Seminar.  These health professionals will represent a variety of healthcare settings including community health centers, hospitals, clinics, and physician practices in primary care and other specialties.
