Enroll America with Maricopa County and AACHC are offering the Get Covered Academy. This two day event will provide participants with current best-practices in planning outreach. Day one will focus on developing your organization’s outreach plan and developing collaboration partners in your community. Day two will be directed towards developing outreach and enrollment with your county’s or city’s justice system. Maricopa and Pima Counties have developed strong programs that assist parole, probation and incarcerated (soon to be released) populations connect to appropriate health coverage.

Some participants may wish to attend both days or only one day. Please indicate which days you plan to attend. There is no charge for this educational and up to date academy.

Intended Audience: Community organizations that educate, inform and/or assist consumers with applications for AHCCCS, KidsCare, Marketplace and SNAP. County, tribal and city representatives who want to learn how to improve assisting justice populations with access to coverage are encouraged to attend day two. This is not a “how to do applications” training, it will be focused on reaching out to uninsured and those who need assistance with affordable coverage.
