"Implementing Systems Change to Ease You into the Future"


Is your system working for you or are you working for your system? Are you maximizing your system to effect change? What does your data show? System change is a process that uses the data that is gathered by the health center to show ongoing Quality Improvement focus and to demonstrate the implementation of evidence based strategies to improve health outcomes. Data collection and data analysis provide an opportunity for the health center to identify areas of opportunity to make changes to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes, improved reimbursement rates as evidenced by improved documentation, outcomes, and process.
