Site Manager – Adult Therapeutic Day Treatment Program (ATDT)

 Location - Phoenix, AZ (51st  Avenue ATDT)

Main Duties:

The Site Manager must possess a master’s degree in the mental health or related field as well as state licensure.  Employment is contingent upon the acquisition of licensure within 90 days of hire.

The Site Manager must have at least 3 years’ experience working with populations diagnosed with co-occurring disorders.

The Site Manager offers administrative and clinical oversite of one of the TERROS Adult Therapeutic Day Treatment Program programs ensuring the safety of clients and staff as well as compliance with all state licensure requirements.

Site Manager Duties Include:

• Responsible for overseeing all daily operations including maintenance of the staff schedule to ensure daily coverage, structure, and organization of the program.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with referral sources to ensure referrals continue an ongoing basis.
• Ensure clients begin the program within 3-5 working days of receipt of a referral, or client’s preference of start date.
• Adheres to the organization policies and procedures.  Responsible for maintaining compliance with licensure requirements as well as state, federal CARF- and contract-specific regulations.
• Responsible for oversight of treatment planning staffing’s at least 1 time per month per patient.
• Provides clinical and administrative supervision, consultation, and mentoring of daily operations for direct reports, ensuring that the service needs of the clients are being met and that the services are delivered as outlines in each clients’ assessment and individual service plan.
• Responsible for training and oversite of all direct reports.  This includes conducting expectations meetings and documentation, assigning new clients to direct reports.

Education - Must possess a Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a behavioral health field, Arizona behavioral health license (other than LBSW)

Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience working with persons with Mental Illness and Substance Use Disorders
• Experience in group therapy
• Supervisory experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Must have or obtain a valid Arizona Driver License, be 22 years of age with a minimum 3 years driving experience. Must meet requirements of Terros driving policy.
• Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
• Must pass a TB Test.
