Reporting to the Site Manager, the ideal individual is flexible, compassionate and professional. The Adult Therapeutic Day Treatment (ATDT) program (formerly known as the L.A.D.D.E.R) program subscribes to a patient-centered, trauma-informed, care team approach for adults 18 years of age or older who are experiencing symptoms of a mental health disorder and/or substance use disorder. Main Duties:
The Site Manager must possess a master’s degree in the mental health or related field as well as state licensure. Employment is contingent upon the acquisition of licensure within 90 days of hire.
The Site Manager must have at least 3 years’ experience working with populations diagnosed with co-occurring disorders.
The Site Manager offers administrative and clinical oversite of one of the TERROS Adult Therapeutic Day Treatment Program programs ensuring the safety of clients and staff as well as compliance with all state licensure requirements.
Site Manager Duties Include:
Education - Must possess a Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a behavioral health field, Arizona behavioral health license (other than LBSW)
