Title:  Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant

Category: Medical Division

At NATIVE HEALTH, we strive to provide the best health care available for urban American Indians, Alaska Natives, and other individuals who generally experience barriers to holistic, patient-centered, culturally sensitive health and wellness services.

Overview: The Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant works under the supervision of the Medical Director and performs all functions, duties, and responsibilities within the primary care department as a member of the care team. The consultant provides quality clinical mental health consultation to providers and patients as requested by the providers.

Location:  NATIVE HEALTH Central – 4041 N. Central Ave., Bldg. C, Phoenix 85012

Term:  Full time

Qualifications/Experience/Requirements:

  • Current, valid and unrestricted license of independent practice in the State of Arizona – LCSW/LPC is required.
  • A master’s degree in social work or related discipline from an accredited program is required.
  • Three years of experience as a behavioral health provider is required.
  • Experience working with a diverse population in a community health setting is preferred.
