Description:

Provide high quality customer service duties including first contact with clients, screen families for potential programs, and schedule appointments for all services and programs appropriately. Serves as main point of contact for NOAH. Responsible for scheduling, verifying insurance and confirming appointments. Responsible for clearing work queues, patient lists, emails, and consults in Electronic Health Record (EHR). Establishes successful communication methods with patient and patient care team. Takes necessary steps to promote and provide access to care.  Full- Time; M-F 8am-5pm; Some Saturdays. We have 2 openings for this position.

NOAH ( Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health) Administrative Building-7500 N. Dreamy Draw Ste. 145, Phoenix, AZ 85020.

EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED Required

1 year Experience in healthcare related field or experience in affordability programs such as: Medicaid or SNAP. Required

2 years Experience in customer service and Microsoft Office. Required

Bilingual preferred.

Fingerprint Clearance Card.
