The Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers (AACHC) and Collaborative Ventures Network (CVN) are seeking a dynamic individual to be their Project Coordinator. This is a client facing and support role responsible for working closely with CVN staff, and both internal and external stakeholders to provide resources that align with Participating Health Centers’ (PHCs) missions and objectives


1. Supports CVN-HCCN Director on gathering project requirements, developing detailed project plans and schedules, identifying resources, documenting project progress, and producing deliverables by targeted due dates.
2. Supports CVN-HCCN Team on managing and administrating website (resources, updates and analytics).
3. Applies knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of project management and assist on maintaining detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, and monitoring stakeholders’ accountabilities for timely project deliverables.
4. Contributes to the development of customized reports, training materials, tools, and educational programs to meet PHC’s needs and grant requirements.
5. Relative to the Healthy Communities Collaborative Network (HCCN) Project, the Project Coordinator collaborates with HCCN Project Coaches and PHCs’ Project Lead in the development, implementation, assessment and monitoring of Individualized Work Plans (IWPs), timelines, milestones and project deliverables on key initiatives for the HCCN Participating Health Centers (PHC).
6. Provides assistance to develop assessments and tools that will support CVN’s performance under contractual, regulatory, and/accrediting body performance requirements.
7. Supports CVN Director with federal grant compliance activities with the different agencies.
8. Regularly communicates progress and concerns to CVN Director.
9. Assist with special projects and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Participating Health, Social, Biological or Health Sciences, Education, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • At least 3 years related professional experience including project management in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience applying knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of project management working with cross-functional teams.
