Responsible for both Patient Care and Administrative duties at a ratio of 60% of Patient Care and 40% Administrative duties. The Provider will provide direct patient care to patients of all ages with a variety of medical, pediatric and geriatric health needs. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic and for the policy setting, planning, organization, and administration of the comprehensive health services program to include, but not limited to, full program and supervisory responsibility for all administrative, clinical, and community health services.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Medicine with completed training internship and residency as required for Arizona licensure.
• Board Certified Family Physician or a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Arizona Medical and DEA license
